Project Manager

Are you someone who enjoys being out in the field, managing projects, and helping customers through the restoration process?
Paul Davis Restoration is looking for a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects after water, fire, storm, and other property damage. If you have experience in restoration, construction, or insurance repairs and enjoy keeping projects organized from start to finish, we'd love to meet you.
This is a field-based role where you'll work closely with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teams to make sure every project stays on schedule and delivers a great customer experience.
What You'll Do
As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple restoration projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Managing reconstruction and restoration projects through completion
- Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
- Meeting with homeowners and keeping them informed throughout the project
- Visiting job sites to monitor progress and ensure quality workmanship
- Scheduling trades and making sure projects stay on track
- Reviewing job documentation, photos, and project updates
- Supporting budgets, job costing, and project reporting
- Maintaining clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Solving problems quickly and keeping projects moving forward
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and enjoys managing multiple projects at once.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- Experience in restoration, reconstruction, insurance repair, or residential construction
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and job schedules
- The ability to manage several projects at the same time
- A hands-on approach and willingness to spend most of your time in the field
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Xactimate or Symbility experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check
