Open Positions & Pay Rates
1. Construction Helper / Apprentice
- Pay: $15.00 / hour
- Role Summary: Support lead installers, prep materials, and assist with general tasks while actively building your skill set.
- Key Attributes & Requirements:
- Motivation & Leadership: Self-motivated to learn the trade, takes initiative on the job site, and demonstrates personal leadership by staying proactive without needing constant supervision.
- Professionalism & Trust: Trustworthy with client property, respectful to homeowners, and punctual every day.
- Technical: Basic knowledge and comfort using power tools and table saws. Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs) safely.
2. Professional Installer Must have Tools
- Pay: Starting at $20.00 / hour (depending on experience)
- Role Summary: Perform and oversee window and door installations efficiently while strictly adhering to local building codes.
- Key Attributes & Requirements:
- Motivation & Leadership: Leads by example on site, helps guide helpers, and stays driven to finish projects efficiently and correctly.
- Professionalism & Trust: Represents the company professionally, communicates clearly, and earns the trust of homeowners and crew members through dependable, code-compliant work.
- Technical: Proven experience installing residential windows/doors, deep understanding of waterproofing/flashing/codes, and must own a complete set of hand and power tools.
3. Professional Lead Expert
- Pay: Starting at $25.00 / hour Must have Truck and Tools
- Role Summary: Direct jobs, manage complex custom installations, troubleshoot on-site challenges, and execute general home repairs.

- Motivation & Leadership: A true team leader who motivates the crew, solves problems calmly, maintains high standards, and sets the standard for site productivity.
- Professionalism & Trust: Uncompromising professional integrity, highly trustworthy when managing projects autonomously, and trusted by clients to leave job sites spotless and secure.
- Technical: Expert-level experience in windows, doors, and general home repair. Must have a reliable truck/van for work-related transport and a full professional tool setup.
General Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong focus on job-site safety, clean work habits, and professional conduct.
