Full-Time Nights | 12-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend Off
Betty Dare Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dependable RN or LPN to join our team on the night shift. We offer a consistent schedule with 12-hour shifts and every other weekend off, allowing for a better work-life balance while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.
Schedule
- Full-Time Night Shift
- 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- 12-Hour Shifts
- Every Other Weekend Off
- Shift Differential Available
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Assess residents and promptly communicate changes in condition.
- Complete documentation and charting in a timely manner.
- Supervise and support CNA staff during the shift.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Current New Mexico RN or LPN license in good standing.
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Passion for providing exceptional resident-centered care.
