Position Summary
The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with merchants and business partners. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, providing ongoing support, identifying business growth opportunities, and contributing to the Company's long-term success through excellent relationship management and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and business partners through both online communication (phone, email, messaging, etc.) and in-person visits.
- Proactively follow up with merchants and partners to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate payment solutions and value-added services.
- Develop new merchants and business partners while supporting business growth and identifying qualified sales opportunities.
- Manage assigned partner accounts, strengthen partner relationships, and identify opportunities to expand existing business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel locally for merchant and partner visits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Relations, Customer Service, or B2B Sales.
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Valid driver's license is preferred, but not required.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable business solutions.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Work Schedule
- Full-time Monday to Friday 8-hour shift
Work Authorization
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,600.00 - $4,000.00 per month
