Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Removal: Install spray foam, blown-in, and fiberglass insulation in residential attics, crawlspaces, and commercial structures.
- Site Preparation: Safely remove old insulation and perform meticulous air-sealing to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain high-end industrial vacuums and spray rigs.
- Customer Excellence: Represent the iFOAM brand with a clean appearance and respectful communication with our O'Fallon neighbors.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous construction or insulation experience is preferred, but we will train the right person with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work in confined spaces (attics/crawlspaces) and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Professionalism: A valid driver’s license and a "team-first" attitude.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
