iStaffing Is Hiring – Delivery Driver
Location: Whittier, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
iStaffing is currently seeking an experienced Delivery Driver to join our team! If you have a strong driving background, excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply today.
Job Responsibilities
- Safely deliver materials to customer locations while ensuring on-time deliveries.
- Verify loads against shipping orders and obtain customer signatures upon delivery.
- Plan efficient delivery routes to meet customer expectations.
- Inspect delivery vehicle and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Load and unload materials safely.
- Assist with warehouse duties, including moving inventory and maintaining an organized warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (certification preferred or willingness to obtain).
- Maintain excellent customer service and professionally represent the company.
- Report customer feedback, inventory shortages, and delivery issues to management.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work overtime when required.
Requirements
- Valid California Driver's License (Required)
- Clean DMV driving record
- No points
- No accidents/incidents
- No DUI convictions
- Current personal auto insurance (Required)
- Previous delivery driving experience is REQUIRED
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
- Ability to operate or learn to operate a forklift.
- Ability to drive stake bed trucks is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties.
- Basic math and English reading/writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
