Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Compensation: $31.52 - 50.00/hr
Pay Differential: up to $10/hr depending on shift/specialties.

Overtime Policy: 1.5x of hourly rate for every hour worked over during shift.
Sign on Bonus: May be eligible for a Sign on Bonus up to $20k for Acute Care roles.

Onboarding process: Drug screening (THC included unless prescription card available), background check, and updated vaccines.
Programs: Nurse Leadership and Nurse Educator programs available.
Hiring Process: Offer extended as soon as 5 days from first interview with Hospital
