Reporting to the HR Manager, the HRBP role will be responsible for partnering with the business segments to support HR strategic objectives to build a dynamic organization that delivers significant and sustainable growth. This is an on-site opportunity to engage with our leaders and employees.
What a typical day looks like:
- Collaborate with business and HR colleagues to develop and deliver an HR strategy to meet the business needs.
- Partner with HR teams and Centers of Expertise to support site with audits, reporting, internal equity/offer process.
- Manage Employee Investigations, address Employee Relations issues and provide coaching as needed.
- Support activities related to mergers and acquisitions as appropriate.
- Plan, implement and facilitate cyclical HR initiatives to include workforce planning, performance management, rewards planning, training and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with all HR related laws and regulations.
What we're looking to add to our team:
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR across all major functions.
- Self-starter who demonstrates accountability for results.
- Sound knowledge of Organization Development, Change Management and HR practices.
- Excellent business acumen and demonstrated competency in business partnership.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with senior management and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management, process management, analytical and consulting skills.
- Ability to collaborate globally across boundaries, disciplines, and cultures, especially in an evolving matrix environment.
- Excellent planning, co-ordination, and organizational skills; strong process orientation.
