About the Role
We are seeking a Community Standards Coordinator to help uphold property standards across a master planned community. In this role, they will conduct regular site reviews, document observations, and support consistent application of community guidelines. This position is well suited for someone who is comfortable interacting with residents while following established standards and maintaining clear records.
Core Responsibilities
- Drive through the community on a regular schedule to observe property conditions and identify potential deed restriction violations
- Document findings thoroughly, including notes, photos, and required follow-up actions
- Review community standards and apply them consistently when identifying code compliance concerns
- Communicate with residents and internal stakeholders regarding violations, next steps, and resolution timelines
- Track open issues, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records of inspections and correspondence
- Support enforcement processes in accordance with established policies and community requirements
Required Skills & Abilities
- Ability to balance resident-facing communication with consistent application of standards
- Strong written documentation skills and attention to detail in recordkeeping
- Comfort working within established guidelines, procedures, and compliance expectations
- Ability to manage recurring field observations and follow issues through to resolution
- Professional communication skills when addressing sensitive or corrective matters
Other Requirements
- Experience in code compliance, property management, community standards, inspections, or a related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the community as needed
- Comfort using mobile devices or software tools to document inspections and maintain records
Two Sunset Pointe is for a master planned non-gated community is in Little Elm, Texas. On-site you will find 47 acres of common area, 3296 homes, four amenity pool areas, playgrounds, sports fields and walking trails surrounded by ponds and canals.
