Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, including ice cream treats, burgers, fries, and other menu items with enthusiasm and attention to quality.
- Operate POS systems efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking accurate orders, upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience, and addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by regularly bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist with food handling duties including stocking supplies, food prep, and ensuring proper storage in accordance with health guidelines..
- Follow all safety procedures related to food industry standards, sanitation practices, and kitchen safety protocols.
