Gypsy Saloon is looking for an experienced Grill and/or Sauté Cook to join our high-energy, high-volume kitchen team.
We are a busy restaurant with a strong catering presence, and we’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure, takes pride in their station, and wants to grow with a team that cares about food and execution. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 to 4+ years experience on grill and/or sauté station
- Proven experience in high-volume service
- Catering experience
- Strong prep skills & knife skills
- Ability to stay organized and clean during service
- Team-oriented, dependable, and professional
Responsibilities:
- Execute dishes consistently and efficiently during peak service
- Assist with daily prep and catering production
- Maintain a clean and organized station
- Follow recipes, plating standards, and kitchen systems
- Support Sous Chef and Executive Chef as needed
Compensation:
- $18 to $20 per hour (based on experience)
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonuses available
Flexible schedule required (days, nights & weekends).
