Ready Credit is the market leader in cash-to-card kiosk payments. We turn cash into spend-anywhere prepaid and digital funds at self-service kiosks across stadiums, venues, transit, and retail — giving cash customers full access to a cashless world.
The role
This is a build role for someone who loves to roll up their sleeves. We’re hiring an SVP of Business Operations to own the relationships and the delivery engine that power Ready Credit’s growth, and to stand up the parts of the operating model that don’t exist yet. You’ll own critical work directly, lead a small team, and operate at every level from strategy to execution, often in the same day. What you’ll own
The strategic partner relationships that run the business — own and grow the bank, processor, and card association relationships directly
Program and project delivery — standing up the delivery function the company doesn’t have yet, and running the PMO that drives it
The enterprise roadmap — translating company strategy into clear enterprise priorities, governance, ownership, and measurable business outcomes across the organization
Business performance — partnering with executive leadership to ensure initiatives are aligned to revenue growth, EBITDA, margin improvement, customer outcomes, and long-term value creation
New channel build — launching distribution channels that behave differently from the core kiosk business
Implementation — owning the onboarding and rollout of new clients, channels, and capabilities
International — managing our international operations and partnerships, anchored by a key partnership in Mexico
Fraud and compliance — leading a small team and owning the policies behind it
Building and growing the function — you’ll do the work now and add resources under you as we scale
Who you are
A hands-on operator who’d rather solve the problem than delegate it
Comfortable working at many levels at once — strategy, program, and the details, same day
Energized by variety and a lean, fast-moving environment where you own outcomes end to end
12+ years in operations, ideally in payments, fintech, or a hardware-plus-software business
Proven at building operational discipline from scratch — the cadence, the scorecards, the process
A bias for action, and the maturity to have the hard conversation constructivelyHow we work

Location and travel
This position is based out of our headquarters in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. We are open to candidates who live
outside of Minnesota. Wherever you are based, this role requires you on-site in Eden Prairie approximately
twice per month, and more when the business calls for it. Additional domestic and international travel should be
expected in support of our partner and international operations.
Compensation and benefits
Base salary range: $230,000 – $270,000 per year.
This is a good faith range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and work location.
