The Abraham Lincoln School is seeking a qualified long-term substitute teacher to serve as the Grade 3 classroom teacher. This position will run from September 1, 2026, through November 30, 2026.
The successful candidate will provide instruction aligned with Bangor School Department standards, implement established classroom curricula, maintain accurate student records, communicate regularly with families, and foster a positive classroom environment with effective behavioral supports.
Qualifications:

Maine DOE teaching certification preferred (elementary endorsement)

Bachelor's degree required
