We are looking for an experienced Criminal Law Legal Assistant / Paralegal who is currently employed but may be considering a better professional opportunity with more room to grow.
Salary: $30,000–$60,000 per year — based on experience and skills.
We want someone who already knows how to:
- E-file criminal court documents
- Request and follow up on discovery
- Download, review, and organize discovery
- Prepare motions, notices, and court filings
- Communicate with prosecutors, courts, clients, and court personnel
- Manage deadlines and court settings
- Maintain and organize criminal case files
- Assist attorneys in preparing cases for court
We are not looking for someone who needs to learn criminal law from the beginning. We are looking for someone with experience who is ready to bring their skills to a growing practice and advance professionally.
