Renew Aesthetic Clinic is seeking an enthusiastic, polished, and service-oriented Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team.
This position is ideal for someone who loves helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys creating exceptional client experiences. As the first and last person our patients interact with, you will play a vital role in representing the Renew brand and ensuring every patient feels welcomed, valued, and cared for.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and provide an exceptional customer experience
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage patient communications
- Schedule and confirm appointments using our practice management software
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Assist patients with treatment recommendations, memberships, and retail products
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Support providers and clinical staff with daily operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Help achieve clinic goals through outstanding service and patient relationship building
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service, hospitality, medical office, or aesthetic industry experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and basic office technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and helping people look and feel their best
