Reputable, well established Winston Salem firm seeks professional Corporate Paralegal to join their busy firm offering Full Benefits with many perks !!! Ideal Candidate will have 3 to 5 years experience with Corporate transactional work ( filing entities with state and federal agencies, LLC's, Partnerships, Articles of incorporation, Contract drafting and review, etc).Ability to work independently as well as with a team and have excellent communication skills, and above average computer software skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing transactional documents such as purchase agreements, confidentiality agreements.
- Maintain accurate transaction files, checklists, and data entry
- Support the preparation of filings related to regulatory requirements
- Organize and schedule meetings, interviews, and client communications with professionalism
- Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and memos for transactional review sessions
- Proofread legal documents for accuracy, clarity, and consistency; transcribe notes as needed
Experience
- Paralegal experience with a focus on corporate transactions or general & commercial real estate transactions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills combined with meticulous attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients or stakeholders and maintaining professional phone etiquette
- Demonstrated ability to handle legal administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, transcription, and document review
- Knowledge of procedural law requirements across various jurisdictions is desirable
- Familiarity with legal drafting standards and writing skills essential for preparing clear documentation
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
