Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including commercial and residential spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaner will ensure that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and common areas.
- Conduct cleaning tasks as required, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and maintained.
- Carry out floor care duties to maintain optimal appearance and safety.
- Perform tasks including waste disposal, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed in the cleaning areas.
- Engage in cleaning activities for various clients while adhering to specific guidelines and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized bag for cleaning supplies and equipment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning roles is preferred; familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness consistently.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with good communication skills.
