Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager to join the team at Keyway Property Management. As a property manager at Keyway you will serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of property owners, delivering timely, accurate, and transparent communication to foster trust and create a seamless, effortless ownership experience. Take ownership of conducting thorough market analyses to determine competitive rent and renewal pricing that maximizes property performance. Oversee all aspects of unit turnovers between tenants, ensuring timely and efficient transitions. Collaborate closely with property owners to manage significant maintenance issues, coordinating solutions that protect property value and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong owner relationships
- Respond promptly to owner inquiries and provide regular updates on property performance.
- Perform market analysis to set rent and renewal prices competitively
- Oversee unit turnovers, coordinating inspections, cleaning, repairs, and preparation to meet vacancy timelines.
- Responsible for coordinating and collecting owner contributions for property repairs and turnover expenses as needed.
- Collaborate with owners to address and resolve significant maintenance issues efficiently
- Monitor and manage property vacancies to ensure units are rented within established timeframes.
- Process security deposit statements in accordance with legal requirements and company policies
- Review and verify maintenance invoices and owner statements for accuracy, and completeness to ensure proper billing.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors. Willingness to communicate by phone to effectively support clients, residents, and team operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously
- Proficient in utilizing technology platforms and AI tools to improve efficiency, communication, and workflow management.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with persistence and the ability to handle challenges calmly and professionally.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
