About the Role
We’re hiring an IT Repair Technician to support hardware diagnostics, testing, and troubleshooting of computer systems in a fast-paced technical environment. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience working with Windows/Linux systems and computer components.
What You’ll Do
- Perform hardware diagnostics and functional testing on devices
- Troubleshoot Windows and Linux operating systems
- Replace or repair defective hardware components
- Document test results and technical findings
- Follow established technical procedures and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Basic experience with computer hardware or IT support
- Familiarity with Linux environments
- Ability to follow technical instructions and workflows
- Comfortable working in a production or lab-style environment
- Associate degree in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent experience) preferred
