Duties
- Assist in preparing a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes, following established recipes and quality standards.
- Support cake decorating processes by learning techniques such as piping, fondant work, and other decorative methods.
- Help with food preparation tasks like measuring ingredients, mixing batters, and assembling products for sale or display.
- Participate in packaging baked items carefully to ensure freshness and presentation for customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Support food handling procedures during production to ensure safe and high-quality products are delivered.
- Contribute to customer service by assisting with product displays and answering basic questions about baked goods.
