Shift Requirements: M-F 8am-5pm, (On call- every 4rd weekend and 1-2 days per week.)
License Requirements: KY RN License
Benchmark Requirement: 30 pts per week
Mileage reimbursement: 0.43 cents/mile
Counties covered: Warren, Logan and Simpson
Preferred Skills: oasis, HCHB, wound vac, IV, labs, PICC
Responsibilities:
Manages high-risk patients by assessing needs, creating care plans, coordinating healthcare services, supporting treatment compliance, preventing complications, tracking outcomes, and advocating for patient well-being. Requires an RN license and strong clinical decision-making skills.
