As a Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, personalized care that helps our residents live with dignity, independence, and purpose.
Responsibilities include:
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Encourage social engagement and participation in community activities.
Promote a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
Work closely with nurses and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional resident care.

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 6 months of caregiving experience, such as:
Caregiver
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Home Health Aide (HHA)
Personal Care Aide (PCA)
Patient Care Technician (PCT)
Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Memory Care experience is preferred but not required.
No CNA certification is required to apply.
If you do not currently hold an active Pennsylvania CNA certification, you must obtain the Direct Care Staff Certification (DCSC) before your start date.
The DCSC training course and competency exam are completely FREE and can be completed before employment begins.
