<p>Job Summary<br><br>A stable and growing commercial real estate company in Charleston, SC is seeking a Commercial Development Coordinator to support a wide range of commercial development projects from acquisition through final delivery. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a real estate professional who enjoys site analysis, due diligence, transaction coordination, stakeholder communication, and project execution.<br><br>The Commercial Development Coordinator will work closely with internal leaders, brokers, consultants, municipalities, contractors, and property owners to help move development projects forward. This role offers strong long-term career potential within a supportive, team-oriented environment where organization, initiative, relationship-building, and attention to detail are highly valued.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>- Coordinate multiple commercial development projects, including schedules, priorities, milestones, and deliverables.<br>- Research and evaluate commercial development opportunities, site information, market data, and project feasibility.<br>- Support commercial real estate transactions, due diligence activities, documentation, and project readiness.<br>- Review site plans, surveys, development documents, and construction drawings for accuracy and completeness.<br>- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, property owners, consultants, municipalities, contractors, and project stakeholders.<br>- Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations to support project planning and executive decision-making.<br><br>Required Qualifications and Skills<br><br>
- Bachelor's degree required.<br>
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial real estate development or a closely related field.<br>
- Working knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, due diligence, and development processes.<br>
- Experience coordinating multiple commercial development projects in a deadline-driven environment.<br>
- Ability to review site plans, surveys, development documents, and construction drawings.<br>
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.<br>
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.<br>
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.<br>
- Willingness to travel occasionally. <br><br>Compensation and Benefits<br><br>- Salary range: $70,000 to $90,000 per year.<br>- Direct hire opportunity.<br><br><br></p>
