We're looking for an experienced high-ticket closer to join our sales team on a 1099 commission-only basis. If you're energized by consultative sales, believe in what you're selling, and want to close inside a proven system with warm, pre-qualified leads — read on.
NO COLD CALLING. NO SETTING. Prospects have already watched our free workshop, completed a toxicity assessment, and booked onto your calendar. Your job is to have a real conversation, identify fit, and enroll the women who are ready.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run 25 to 30 paid consultation call slots per week at full capacity with warm, pre-qualified prospects
- Own your close rate — minimum 25% in your first 30 days, 30% from month two forward
- Submit end-of-day call reports accurately and on time, every day you run calls
- Manage your own follow-up pipeline for prospects who don't enroll on the first call
- Attend the weekly Tuesday sales huddle at 12:30 PM Eastern
- Apply feedback from call reviews without defensiveness — the closers who improve fastest treat feedback as data, not judgment
- Maintain full compliance on every call
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Have:
- Proven track record in high-ticket sales ($3,000+) with a specific close rate you can speak to
- Experience running consultative discovery calls — you lead with listening, not pitching
- Self-managed and self-accountable — you don't need anyone to follow up on you
- Coachable — you receive call feedback, apply it, and improve
- Available afternoon and evening slots Monday through Friday (2 to 8 PM Eastern are our highest fill-rate windows)
- Comfortable with 100% commission — no base pay
- Genuine alignment with health, wellness, or transformation
Nice to Have:
- Personal experience with functional or root-cause health
- Familiarity with GHL (Go High Level) as a CRM- Background in health, wellness, or coaching industries
- Experience guiding prospects through financing conversations in real time
- No desire to build your own program or platform — you're energized by representing a proven offer and closing at a high rate inside a system that works
DETAILS
- Structure: 1099 independent contractor, commission-only, no base pay
- Compensation: 10% of cash collected per enrollment plus monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses. Full details shared during the interview process.
- Call slots: 25 to 30 available slots per week at full capacity. New closers start with 1 to 2 calls per day and ramp up over 2 to 3 weeks.
- Schedule: Afternoon and evening availability required. 2 to 8 PM Eastern / 11 AM to 5 PM Pacific.
- Weekly requirement: Tuesday sales huddle at 12:30 PM Eastern
- Location: Fully remote
- Time off: Two weeks advance notice required for any planned absence
