Landscape Designer & Sales
Tommy Pollina Landscape Company is hiring a full-time Landscape Designer & Sales to join our team.
About the Role
This is an on-site, full-time role. The position combines design, sales, and project coordination.
You will meet with homeowners, walk properties, understand their goals, identify problems and opportunities, create solutions, prepare proposals, revise projects as needed, and help guide the client through the sales and design process. All leads are provided by the company, and they are vetted for quality and intent. You will be working with clients who are actively looking for solutions and who already know they are meeting with an established, trusted company with 45+ years of experience.
What the Average Day Looks Like
- Visiting current projects for quality control and client updates
- Appointments with new clients at their properties
- Preparing proposals and designs
- Communicating with current clients who have questions, want revisions, or need help moving forward
- Coordinating internally to help projects progress smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in landscaping, design, construction, home services, or a related field
- Ability to walk a property, assess client needs, and develop practical design solutions (training and support provided)
- Ability to manage multiple clients, proposals, revisions, and active jobs at one time with project-based work
- Knowledge of landscape or related outdoor project components is a major plus
- Strong communication and professional presence
- Valid driver’s license
