Job Description:
As a Certified Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA) at Care With Love, you will play an essential role in providing compassionate, high-quality care to our clients. In this position, you will assist with activities of daily living, support clients’ overall health and well-being, and help ensure a safe and comfortable home environment. Key responsibilities include monitoring clients’ conditions, administering medications as directed, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date care records. Your dedication and attention to detail will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Certified Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA) at Care With Love, your duties will include the following:
- Supporting clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assisting clients with mobility needs, including transferring, positioning, and ambulation
- Monitoring, documenting, and reporting any changes in clients’ health conditions and needs
- Ensuring a clean and safe environment for clients while reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Working alongside healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive client care
- Encouraging independence and improving clients’ quality of life through compassionate, person-centered support
Requirements:
As a Certified Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA) at Care With Love, candidates are expected to have:
- Virginia certification as a CNA / HHA / PCA
- Prior experience in home care or long-term care settings preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate, patient, and understanding attitude
- The ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends, preferred
Pay Rate:
As a Certified Caregiver ( CNA / HHA / PCA ) at Care With Love, you will get a rate of:
$16 - $20 per hour (depending on shift kind and duration)
