General Warehouse Associate
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented General Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring products are assembled, handled, and shipped accurately while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and is willing to assist wherever needed. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble kits and package products according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
- Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by properly storing and staging materials.
- Perform general warehouse duties including sorting, cleaning, organizing, and replenishing supplies.
- Support shipping, receiving, inventory, and production teams as needed.
- Follow established procedures to ensure quality and accuracy in all tasks.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as authorized.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, production, assembly, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and assist in different areas of the warehouse.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
- Ability to work on concrete floors for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
