About the Role:
As a CBRE FCG Financial Analyst, you will prepare financialanalysis and reports to support FCG client consulting engagements.
This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They areresponsible for advisory services in relation to real estate operations andinvestments.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare financialanalysis and reports to support FCG client consulting engagements.
- Assist with thedevelopment of financial models used in client advisory recommendations.
- Support thepreparation of client deliverables, presentations, and consulting reports.
- Analyze financialand operational data to identify trends relevant to client needs.
- Coordinate withsenior consultants on data gathering and analysis for client projects.
- Uses existingprocedures to solve standard problems.
- Analyzesinformation and standard practices to make judgments.
- Focuses onself-development and contributes within own role.
- No formalsupervisory responsibilities.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 2 yearsof relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of 2+ years ofexperience and education will be considered.
Ability to use existing procedures to solvestandard problems.
Experience with analyzing information andstandard practices to make judgments.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Organizational skills with a strong inquisitivemindset.
Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculatefigures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-relatedcalculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the FCG Financial Analyst position is $76,500 annually and the maximum salary for the FCG Financial Analyst position is $99,500 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
