Overview
We are looking for a backup housekeeper at a local Airbnb in Johnson City, TN. This would be perfect for a stay-at-home mom, retiree, or someone looking for work just a couple days a month. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented part-time housekeeper to clean our 3 bed, 1 1/2 bathroom Airbnb. The ideal candidate will have experience in short-term rental turnover cleaning.
This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established cleaning protocols to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
Duties
-Perform thorough cleaning of the condo, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
-Changing bed linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and well-presented.
-Clean outside patio areas as needed.
-Stocking amenities as needed.
-Checking dates on any food in the fridge or cabinets and removing expired items.
-Making sure each room is setup according to policy before every check in.
Qualifications
-Previous experience in housekeeping or Airbnb housekeeping is preferred.
-Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
-Availability to do same day turnovers between the hours of 10am-3pm any day of the week.
-Must enjoy cleaning. We go above and beyond in our cleaning and take pride in taking care of the property for the homeowner and guests.
Pay: $75.00 per day
