Lead a High-Performing Dental Practice
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and highly organized Dental Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a thriving, patient-focused dental practice. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily practice operations to ensure an efficient, productive, and patient-centered environment.
- Lead, coach, and support the administrative team while fostering a collaborative and positive workplace culture.
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, and office efficiency to maximize provider productivity and patient satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, including accounts receivable, insurance claims, collections, budgeting, and key performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable healthcare regulations and practice policies.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate team members while promoting employee development and accountability.
- Resolve patient concerns professionally and maintain the highest level of customer service.
- Utilize dental practice management software to oversee scheduling, reporting, insurance processing, and office operations.
- Partner with doctors and leadership to implement initiatives that improve patient care, team performance, and overall practice success.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of dental office management experience (preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of dental insurance, treatment planning, billing, collections, and revenue cycle management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
