The CDL -A/ Forklift Driver – 1st Shift Warehouse Production is responsible for supporting daily production operations through the safe handling of materials and ingredients, accurate inventory management, and efficient forklift operation within the warehouse and production areas. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and collaboration with production and warehouse teams. While a CDL-A is required, this position is not exclusively a CDL-A shuttling role.

Support production shifts by assisting with the movement and handling of heavy materials and ingredients

Ensure accurate tagging and full traceability of all ingredients and materials

Safely operate forklifts to transport, stack, load, and retrieve materials within the warehouse and production floor

Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers in accordance with safety procedures

Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure proper forklift operation

Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries

Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and storage locations

Work closely with production supervisors and team members to support efficient workflow

Perform additional warehouse and production duties as assigned

Strong commitment to workplace safety

Demonstrated experience operating a forklift or working in a similar warehouse or production role

Thorough understanding of warehouse operations and material handling procedures

Excellent hand‑eye coordination and spatial awareness

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in inventory management

Effective communication skills and ability to work successfully in a team environment

Must be at least 23 years of age

Valid CDL Class A license required

Minimum of three (3) years of over‑the‑road driving experience

Must successfully pass a DOT physical examination (required every two years)

Must hold a valid state‑issued driver’s license

Starting pay: $25.20 per hour
