Fresh House Cleaners is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Residential & Commercial Cleaning Technician to deliver exceptional cleaning services across private residences, commercial offices, common areas, and vacant property turnovers. This active, hands-on role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who takes pride in thorough craftsmanship, operates with absolute discretion, and excels both independently and in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive residential, commercial, janitorial, move-in/move-out, and deep-cleaning operations according to specific scope-of-work agreements.
- Perform meticulous unit turnover and commercial sanitation—including deep cleaning of kitchens, breakrooms, multi-stall restrooms, appliances, fixtures, glass, hard floors, and high-touch surface areas.
- Rigorously follow established Fresh House quality control checklists, specialized task flows, and client-specific directives.
- Safely handle, transport, and apply commercial- and hospital-grade cleaning solutions, chemicals, and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Operate company commercial vehicles safely between client sites, managing the efficient transport of crew members, equipment, laundry, and supplies.
- Maintain company vehicles, ensuring equipment is kept clean, organized, fully stocked, and properly stored at the end of each shift.
- Identify and report maintenance issues, property damage, safety hazards, or operational friction immediately to management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client property, access codes, keys, and proprietary information.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in commercial janitorial, residential housekeeping, office sanitation, or property turnover cleaning strongly preferred.
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a clean, safe driving record; must meet company insurance requirements to operate commercial fleet vehicles.
- Reliability: Proven record of punctuality, strong time management, trustworthiness, and clear communication.
- Attention to Detail: High standard of personal work ethic and the ability to consistently meet rigorous cleanliness guidelines.
- Mobility: Comfortable traveling between multiple client facilities and job sites throughout the work day.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and performing repetitive physical tasks for extended durations.
- Climbing stairs and safely maneuvering cleaning gear, commercial vacuums, and supply totes.
- Safely loading and unloading equipment and lifting up to 50 lbs. as needed.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
