Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to assist the PM with planning, scheduling, and cost management efforts for complex aviation and infrastructure projects. This is a full-time on-site role based in Dulles, Virginia. The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for updating project costs, maintaining and updating schedules, conducting draing take-offs, developing estimates, and producing presentations and reporting to clients. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining project schedules and timelines, developing and updating project cost and budgeting reports, reviewing and processing contracts, change orders, and invoices, implementing earned value management systems, generating performance reports and dashboards, preparing executive summaries and status reports, and identifying potential schedule and cost risks.

Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Project Management lead
- Oversee the general contractor and design teams
- Conduct site walkthroughs and continuously track issues and risks
- Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines on Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Develop project budgets and cost estimates
- Monitor actual costs against budgeted amounts
- Manage budget forecasting and variances
Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
