Duties

- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment.
- Encourage student participation through interactive discussions and group activities.
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and projects while providing constructive feedback.
- Foster a supportive atmosphere that promotes critical thinking and effective communication skills.
- Incorporate technology and multimedia resources to enhance learning experiences.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field; teaching certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in classroom management and behavior management techniques.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage students effectively.
- Experience in creative writing or journalism is a plus.
- Familiarity with Montessori teaching methods is advantageous but not required.
