Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests and staff. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas according to established standards.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as necessary.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and neatly arranged.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens in guest rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Skills
- Experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Strong understanding of housekeeping management principles.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficient in floor care techniques, including carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
