We are seeking energetic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Dishwashers and Pizza Makers. As a key team member, you will contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen while preparing and serving mouthwatering pizzas and other culinary delights. Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Prepare fresh pizza dough, toppings, and ingredients with precision, demonstrating strong knife skills and food handling techniques.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and supporting the cooking process under supervision.
- Maintain a clean work environment by regularly cleaning workstations, floors, and kitchen tools to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Support catering and banquet events by providing timely dishwashing services and assisting with food setup when needed.
- Handle manual lifting of heavy boxes of supplies or ingredients safely while adhering to proper handling procedures.
- Follow all food safety management protocols to ensure the highest quality standards are met consistently.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a passion for food service is essential.
- Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and proper dishwashing techniques.
- Basic knife skills and experience in food preparation or culinary environments are advantageous.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during busy service hours.
- Strong understanding of food handling, safety standards, and cleanliness practices in a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to support kitchen staff during peak times.
- Prior experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus but not mandatory.
