About the Role
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machining Specialist to join our manufacturing team. You will leverage your expertise in G-code and multi-axis machining to transform complex technical designs into high-precision components, directly impacting our production output and quality standards.
Responsibilities-
Design, develop, and refine complex CNC programs to maximize machine efficiency and part accuracy.

Execute machine setups and changeovers for a variety of VMC and lathe equipment, including 5-axis systems.

Translate intricate engineering blueprints into actionable machining strategies.

Perform rigorous quality inspections to ensure every component meets strict tolerance requirements.

Partner with engineering staff to troubleshoot production bottlenecks and optimize cycle times.

Document programming workflows and machine configurations to standardize best practices.

Contribute to lean manufacturing efforts by identifying opportunities to improve throughput and reduce waste.
Qualifications-
Demonstrated professional experience in CNC programming and machine operation.

Advanced proficiency in G-code and understanding of machine geometry.

Strong ability to interpret complex technical drawings and schematics.

Hands-on experience with CNC mills and lathes, including setup and alignment.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Technical degree or formal certification in precision machining.

Advanced proficiency in CAM software, specifically GibbsCAM.

Experience operating 5-axis milling and turning centers.

Strong background in manual machining techniques.
