The Opportunity:
As the Coordinator of Prevention, Learning, Assessment, & Technology , you will serve as a member of the Student Affairs Administrative Professional staff within the Center for Fraternity & Sorority Life (CFSL). In this role, you will lead proactive prevention programming, educational initiatives, and assessment strategies for Washington State University's fraternity and sorority community, which includes more than 50 chapters.
You will develop and implement annual programming focused on hazing prevention, substance abuse prevention, and sexual misconduct prevention in collaboration with governing councils, while also leading departmental efforts to establish and measure learning outcomes. You will facilitate curricula for signature programs such as Greek Leadership Camp and Cougar Hazing Prevention Week and represent the Center for Fraternity & Sorority Life on university-wide committees and initiatives related to prevention education.
Additionally, you will oversee assessment activities, including the development of data dashboards and progress-tracking tools that support chapter and council advising and decision-making. You will also manage and support departmental technology solutions to ensure accurate, timely data that enhances program delivery and advances departmental and divisional goals.

This is a full-time (100 % FTE), permanent position. This position is overtime eligible.
Monthly Salary: $4,061.90 - $5,077.36 | Commensurate with experience and qualifications
In accordance with RCW 49.58.110 , the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate’s current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.

Required Qualifications:
Positions require a Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of professional work experience in student services or related education/experience. Experience leading or directing the work of others. A Master’s degree in a related field may substitute for one (1) year of professional work experience. Any combination of relevant education and professional experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year‐for‐year basis.
Experience working with student organizations.
Demonstrated ability in using current computer technologies (e.g. Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), email, and the internet.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with fraternal organizations.
Two (2) years of post-baccalaureate experience in higher education or related field.
Experience collecting and processing student organization and engagement data.
Experience in a Greek community of a similar size to WSU’s.
Experience planning and executing large campus events.
