About the role
We are growing our Disputes team and we are seeking a Paralegal to join us. You will play an integral role in our case-load by being an effective, hands-on team player, willing to tackle challenges in a supportive environment. As a Paralegal your duties will include:
- Assisting lawyers as needed, providing seamless support
- Drafting court documents; proof-reading documents
- Undertaking legal research and Court bundle preparation
- Assisting with drafting legal advice
- Filing documents at court
- Making all necessary filings with internal and external bodies
- Creating, editing, amending and storing of correspondence and documents in the appropriate electronic matter file
- Keeping track of case deadlines
- Organizing diaries, scheduling meetings, and responding to queries
- Liaising with Clients as appropriate and in accordance with a fee earner's instructions and firm policies
- Taking responsibility for a wide range of tasks/projects as required by the partners/lawyers in the group.

What you need
- To have completed your LLB or equivalent, or have 2 years of paralegal experience;
- Excellent organizational skills, research skills, and a high degree of attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, dealing professionally and politely with people internally and externally.
- Comfortable working in dynamic settings and adjusting to evolving demands.
