Valcor Group is a BSIS-licensed security and concierge company serving Los Angeles. We are hiring a full-time Business Development Manager to own new account acquisition across LA County.
The Role
You own the pipeline from cold to booked. Prospecting, qualification, follow-up, and scheduling discovery calls and site visits for the CEO to close. You are not selling guards door to door; you are building relationships with property managers, facilities directors, and portfolio decision-makers at residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality properties.
What You'll Do
- 15 to 20 outbound calls daily plus email and LinkedIn sequences
- Build and maintain a named-account target list of 250+ LA County properties
- Book 4 to 6 qualified discovery calls per month onto the CEO's calendar
- Run structured follow-up: every opportunity has an owner, a next step, and a date
- Weekly field afternoon meeting property managers face to face (mileage reimbursed)
- Report weekly numbers: touches, conversations, meetings booked
What Success Looks Like
- 2 to 3 new accounts closed per quarter from your sourced leads
- A CRM pipeline with zero stale opportunities

Requirements
- 2+ years in B2B outbound sales or business development; security, staffing, janitorial, or building services industry a strong plus
- Proven cold calling comfort. You will do a live mock call in the interview
- Self-directed and organized; you run your own week
- Valid CA driver's license, clean record, personal vehicle with insurance
- CRM discipline. If it's not logged, it didn't happen
Compensation
- $30 to $32/hour base ($62,400 to $66,560/year), W2, full-time
- Commission: $1,000 per standard account closed, $2,500 per portfolio/strategic account, from your sourced leads
- On-target earnings $75,000 to $82,000 first year
- Mileage reimbursed at IRS rate
