Green Cheek Beer Company – Costa Mesa
We’re looking for a reliable, high-energy Line Cook to jump in immediately and cover key shifts at our Costa Mesa location. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you.
Open Shifts (must be able to work all):
- Friday, Saturday + Sunday availability REQUIRED. If you are unable for these shifts, please do not apply
Weekend availability is required, we are open 363 days per year!
What You’ll Do:
- Prep ingredients (sauces, meats, etc.)
- Cook and plate food with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen
- Support the team by running food and washing dishes as needed
- Deep clean kitchen equipment and workspaces
- Stay positive, focused, and efficient during busy service
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of kitchen experience
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Clear communication and ability to take direction
- Commitment to cleanliness and food safety
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
- Must be 21+ and available weekends
- English-speaking (bilingual a plus)
- Willing to undergo drug testing
About the Kitchen:
We’re a scratch kitchen serving a modern take on pub food—known for our smashburgers, Fries, Tots and grilled chicken sandwiches. We're a BUSY Brewery with lots of return customers. Most shifts are lively and busy. With a small kitchen and a big customer base, we keep things moving

- Guaranteed average up to $25/hour (starting at $16.90 + tips, after training)
