WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a BCBA in this role, you’ll play a key role in both clinical excellence and team development. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys mentoring, collaborating, and making a direct impact.
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision of behavior technicians
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, including FBAs
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Train and mentor staff through modeling and feedback
- Partner with families through parent training and consultation
- Maintain accurate documentation, data, and progress reports
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and leadership
- Support team growth, performance goals, and outcomes
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
- Strong experience in ABA program design and implementation
- Passion for mentoring and developing team members
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual ability is a plus
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $78,000 – $90,000 annually, based on experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role involves active engagement in therapy sessions. Candidates must be able to move, bend, kneel, lift, and carry pediatric clients (5–50 lbs.), and have the visual and physical ability to perform all job duties.
