Pay: $21–$25/hr
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Generally starting around 7:00 AM and working until the day’s scheduled jobs are complete | Overtime and occasional weekends may be required during peak seasons
Location: Fredericksburg VA and surrounding service areas
This opportunity is ideal for experienced hands-on workers from roofing, gutters, siding, construction, painting, landscaping, tree service, solar installation, window cleaning, pressure washing, low-voltage installation, holiday lighting, or other ladder-intensive trades.

What You'll Be Doing
- Perform hands-on exterior-services work
- Learn Excellent Exteriors' specific systems and procedures
- Help maintain quality and safety standards
- Work around ladders, equipment, and elevated work areas
- Support newer technicians as you develop your leadership skills
- Help keep jobs organized and moving efficiently
- Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
- Identify and solve problems in the field
- Take increasing responsibility for jobsite results
- Develop the skills needed to lead a crew
What We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on worker who wants the opportunity to develop into a Lead Technician and future Crew Leader.
You do not need experience in every service we perform — we can teach our specific systems.

Experience in roofing, gutters, siding, construction, painting, landscaping, tree service, solar installation, window cleaning, pressure washing, low-voltage installation, holiday lighting, or other ladder-intensive trades is especially relevant.
Previous management experience is not required. We are interested in strong technicians who are ready to learn how to lead.
