A leading lifestyle retail brand is seeking a Senior Manager, Creator & Affiliate Marketing to lead influencer, creator, and affiliate marketing strategy while managing a high-performing team. This role will oversee integrated creator campaigns from concept through execution while helping shape brand storytelling, customer engagement, and business growth.

Lead influencer, creator, and affiliate marketing strategy across multiple campaigns

Manage creator partnerships from planning through execution and performance reporting

Oversee affiliate marketing programs and identify opportunities for growth

Manage agency relationships, budgets, contracts, and campaign performance

Partner with social, creative, merchandising, and media teams

Develop innovative creator programs that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement

Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals

6+ years of influencer, creator, affiliate, or digital marketing experience

Leadership experience managing direct reports

Retail, apparel, beauty, consumer, or lifestyle brand experience preferred

Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills

Experience managing agency relationships and marketing budgets

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
