We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Foam Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for producing the high-quality polyurethane seat foams that are the foundation of our industry-leading motorcycle seats.
As a Foam Technician, you'll operate specialized foam production equipment, prepare molds, mix and pour foam, inspect finished products, and help maintain a safe and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare molds by cleaning, inspecting, and applying release agents.
- Set up molds and inserts according to production specifications.
- Operate polyurethane foam dispensing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Measure, mix, and pour foam materials while following established procedures.
- Monitor foam expansion and curing to ensure product quality.
- Remove cured foams from molds without damaging parts.
- Trim, finish, and prepare foam components for the next stage of production.
- Inspect finished foams for defects, dimensional accuracy, and overall quality.
- Identify and report quality concerns or equipment issues immediately.
- Clean molds, equipment, tools, and workstations throughout each shift.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and daily equipment checks.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records as required.
- Follow production schedules while meeting efficiency and quality goals.
- Safely handle chemicals and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory of foam chemicals, mold components, and production supplies.
- Help develop and maintain standardized work procedures.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and safety.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Manufacturing, production, automotive, composites, plastics, or foam experience is a plus but not required.
- Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Comfortable working around machinery and industrial equipment.
- Basic math and measuring skills.
- Dependable attendance and positive work ethic.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new equipment and production processes.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Repetitive bending, reaching, twisting, and hand movements.

- Schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday – Thursday (4-day work week).
