Soldering Assembly Technician
Location: Dallas, TX 75247
Pay: Competitive Pay (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:45 PM
Overtime Available: Monday–Saturday

We are seeking an experienced Soldering Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team in Dallas. If you have a strong background in electro-mechanical assembly, hand soldering, and reading blueprints, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Perform precision hand soldering on wires, cables, connectors, sockets, and splices
- Assemble wire and cable assemblies using production drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials (BOMs)
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions
- Complete mechanical and electrical assemblies using hand and power tools
- Inspect components and finished assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform basic testing and quality checks throughout the assembly process
- Trim and adjust materials as needed to meet specifications
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and OSHA regulations
- Cross-train in other assembly areas as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 5 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
- Previous hand soldering experience required; wire and cable soldering strongly preferred
- Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Familiarity with mechanical hardware and assembly techniques
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn an ERP system
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Current or previous J-STD-001 and IPC-620 certifications preferred
- Knowledge of 5S and Lean Manufacturing is a plus
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed
- Must qualify as a U.S. Person to access ITAR-controlled technical data
