We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader (Spanish/English) to lead a professional maintenance crew responsible for maintaining high-profile landscapes throughout the Rogue Valley.
This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys leading from the front, takes pride in delivering exceptional results, and understands that great leadership is built through communication, accountability, and service.
As a Crew Leader, you will play a critical role in the success of our field operations by developing team members, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring every property reflects the professionalism of the Bumgardners name.
Lead, motivate, and support a landscape maintenance crew each day
Foster a positive, respectful, and professional team environment
Train crew members on proper landscape maintenance techniques
Mentor developing employees and help them advance their skills
Promote accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Oversee mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, bed maintenance, and seasonal services
Ensure properties consistently meet company quality standards
Identify landscape issues and communicate recommendations to supervisors
Perform hands-on work alongside crew members as needed
Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
Conduct daily safety discussions and reinforce safe work practices
Ensure proper operation and care of equipment and vehicles
Monitor productivity and efficiency throughout the workday
Communicate equipment repair or maintenance needs promptly
Support company initiatives focused on quality, profitability, and client satisfaction
Utilize tablets and mobile applications for scheduling, reporting, inspections, and time tracking
Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members in both English and Spanish
Document work completed and provide accurate field information
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Previous experience leading or supervising landscape maintenance crews
Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, equipment, and safety procedures
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and team members
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and mobile applications
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions

$25.00$30.00 per hour DOE based on experience and leadership ability
