The Field Marketing Ambassador will promote WOW Carwash within the local communities surrounding our sites. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, driving new Guest acquisition, and converting first-time visitors into loyal members. The Ambassador will engage directly with the public through grassroots marketing efforts, community events, and promotional outreach. A Guest-focused mindset, high energy, and a results-driven attitude are key to success in this role.
As part of our Team, your duties will include: (Duties and Responsibilities)

Execute grassroots marketing campaigns in communities surrounding WOW Carwash locations
- Distribute promotional materials (free wash coupons, flyers) to schools, local businesses, apartment complexes, and community events
- Attend and support marketing activations such as grand openings, partnership events, anniversaries, and Guest appreciation events
- Engage directly with potential Guests to promote WOW Carwash services and membership offerings
- Represent the WOW brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and energy
- Track distribution efforts and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness
- Drive measurable results including new Guest visits, membership sign-ups, and repeat visits
- Focus on converting promotional users into long-term membership Guests

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following traits: (Qualifications)

- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Sales or marketing experience preferred, but not required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean MVR
- Must have a clean and presentable vehicle

Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $20.00 per hour + commission (based on performance metrics such as membership conversions and coupon redemptions).
