Job Description Summary
The Reporting Specialist will oversee development of data sets, reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support administrative operations at Del Mar College. This role will be involved in the ongoing development and support of the organizational data strategy and will interface with data units around the College to develop institutional data sets, reports, and analytics for stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree.
Two (2) years relevant work experience.
Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to problem solve.
Strong working knowledge and experience loading and presenting formatted data with Microsoft Excel.
Experience with relational databases.
Efficient, detail oriented, self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines and work well with a minimal of supervision.
Strong team orientation with good time management skills focused on deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
