Body Shop Manager — Kansas City Metro
A growing body shop group with years of proven collision repair experience is looking to hire an experienced Body Shop Manager in the Kansas City metro area.

What we’re looking for:
A proven body shop or collision center manager
A leader who understands production, estimating, supplements, insurance claims, and repair quality
Someone who can manage technicians, estimators, parts, and office staff with accountability
A hands-on problem solver who can improve workflow, cycle time, gross profit, and customer satisfaction
A professional who can build strong relationships with customers, insurance companies, vendors, and adjusters

Pay: $75,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
